REFUNDS ON ALL BOATS & YACHTS:

 

We cannot predict any issues that may arise on these boats and yacht charters. Although it rarely happens and we keep all our equipment well maintained, it happens and it is in most cases out of our control. Upon owner’s authorization, we will issue a credit towards a future rental but cannot offer any refunds.

In the rare occasion that your reserved boat becomes unavailable, we will gladly accommodate a similar model or upgrade to next available boat at no additional cost.

 

Cancellation Policy: 

 

The rentals are neither cancellable nor refundable. If weather conditions are not safe a rain check or credit of the charter fee will be issued with no expiration.
